**[my close friend and i call each other "presence" ever since we had that bonding session at their condo's roof top wherein we talked over things and agreed that girls need guys' assurance and their 'presence' were more than enough to make them (the girls) feel secured]

 

setting: inside the classroom during a grand case presentation

[LEGEND: CF - close friend; k- kat, s- seatmate]

CF: kat..
[k looks back at CF]
[CF extends left hand near k and k holds it right after]

k: heee..presence..*smiles*
s: ano ba yan?!?

[s removed k's hand from CF's]

CF: kat...dito k lang malapit sa'kin..

[k blankly looked at CF while the latter still extending her left hand]

k [said to s]: uyy..hawakan mo daw..

[s, without knowing what to do, held CF's hand and CF gripped on hers tighter]

s (a bit shocked and trying to remove CF's hand): hala..ayaw na niya bitawan...

[k stared back at s]

k (without a second thought finally blurted): buti ka nga ayaw bitawan..e ako?? bigla na lang binibitawan, pinapakawalan, hinahagis pa sa sahig..

[s laughed at what k had said]

[k remained silent]
